Group pay

Everyone pays their own share.

The organiser books, and the full amount is held on their card. One link goes into the group chat, each friend taps their own name and pays, and the organiser can see who hasn't. When the window closes, their card covers whatever's left. You're never left with an unpaid booking.

Your site, your brand and your tracking.

Booking runs inside your own pages, not in a box from someone else. Every step loads in under a second on a phone, Apple Pay and Google Pay fill in the guest's details, and your analytics and ad pixel see every step.

A full slot still finds you a booking.

When a slot is full, guests can ask to hear if it frees up, and they're shown the nearest open times and the same slot at your nearest other venue. Places that free up go to the people waiting, in order.

Their booking lives in their phone's wallet.

Every guest gets an Apple or Google Wallet pass showing what they've paid for, and it updates if the booking changes. Guests change the time, add people or cancel from a link, with no login and no phone call.

Private hire that chases itself

From enquiry to paid without the follow-up emails.

Proposals are built from your own products. Clients sign online and pay the deposit, instalments are chased when they're due, and a pencilled date comes off sale and frees itself when it expires.

On-sales that stay up

A fair queue and tickets nobody can copy.

On a big on-sale, a waiting room gives everyone a random place in the queue, so refreshing early gains nothing. Ticket QR codes change every few seconds, so a screenshot won't scan, and resale only happens through you at a price you cap.

Each guest orders, and the kitchen knows who's who.

Every guest pre-orders through the group link before a deadline. Allergies print on the kitchen ticket against each guest. If a recipe changes, every future pre-order is checked again and anyone affected is asked to choose again.

Nobody types in warnings on the night.

Allergies, VIPs, under-18s and birthdays come straight from the bookings onto the floor plan and the pre-shift briefing. VIPs can be set by your own rules, such as anyone who's spent over £500 this year.

Keeps trading when the internet drops

Your venue keeps serving with the line down.

Every staff device keeps today's bookings, prices and guests, and the devices in a venue keep each other up to date over your own wifi. Online booking runs in the cloud, so guests can still book while your line is down.

Use whatever hardware you like

Hangar isn't tied to any hardware.

It runs on iPads and Android tablets, iPhones and Android phones, and any computer with a web browser. Use the devices you already own or buy new ones wherever you like. Staff can even use their own phones with a PIN.

One inbox for every conversation

Replies land on the right booking.

Every email has its own reply address, so a guest's reply files itself against them and their booking. Your team works from one shared inbox with the booking at the top, and saved replies fill in from the booking, so a message never goes out with a blank in it.

Every change has a name on it.

Ask how Saturday is filling and get the answer.

Hangar comes with an MCP server, so an AI assistant can work in it as you, with your permissions. Every action is logged against your name, and anything that sends messages or moves money shows a preview and asks first. Everything else connects through the same open API our own screens run on.
