CompareCommission-free table bookings (Access Group since 2023)

Hangar vs ResDiary

ResDiary takes table bookings without commission, from £109 a month plus a £99 set-up fee. Then come the add-ons: £10 a month to link the till, £10 for the CRM, £35 for pre-orders, gift vouchers or events, and a 1.2% surcharge on every deposit. Pass your booking limit and it moves you up a plan automatically. Since Access bought it, its contracts fall under Access's terms, and most of its recent reviews are about renewals. Hangar takes bookings, deposits and gift vouchers on the same database as the till, for one monthly price for Bookings with no term and no surcharge.
